Set in the heart of the 50th & France district, the fair transforms the area as the intersection is closed to traffic, creating a walkable, festival atmosphere filled with art, shopping, and discovery where art, community, and creativity come together.

The Twin Cities Jazz Fest is FREE and open to ALL!

The festival is in the Lowertown neighborhood of downtown Saint Paul.  There are two outdoor stages at Mears Park as well as over 18 St. Paul venues have jazz programmed throughout the weekend.  The Jazz Fest is a walking event.  Most of the stages and venues are within walking distance.

Poppy Red Productions, Graze Food Hall, and the Minnesota Twins present Rock the Hall, returning for its second season. Obadiah Gamble joins the local outdoor music series on July 11 from 3:30–5:30 PM.

Obadiah Gamble is an up-and-coming Twin Cities music artist whose melodic, inventive brand of indie pop–with folk, jazz and bossa nova influences–has garnered the attention of the local and national music scene. The Current’s The Local Show praised him as “an impeccable singer and guitarist…with heart-filled pop songs that have universal lyrical appeal.” His critically acclaimed debut album, Notice, released January 2026, is “on a melodic level that’s expressive and reaches out where other artists can’t reach.” (Americana Highways).

Bakkwooddrift is a jazz/r&b fusion collective that embodies soulful black music, led by the angelic vocalist, Solorah The Essence, and a powerhouse of talented musicians.
